Question 1

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A standard video is 10 credits and an HD video is 25. Packs start at $6.90 for 10 credits. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.

Question 2

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits never expire, so you can buy a pack now and use the rest whenever the next trend video comes around. Leftover credits stay in your balance and carry over to your next video.

Question 3

Is it a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Every pack is a one-time payment through Stripe. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.

Question 4

What is the difference between standard and HD?

Accepted Answer

Standard is 480p and costs 10 credits; HD is 720p and costs 25. Both are 15 seconds with the same scenes, endings and sound. You pick the quality before each render, and HD needs a balance of at least 25 credits.

Question 5

What happens if a video fails?

Accepted Answer

If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits go straight back to your balance.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for a pack you haven't used: email support within 7 days of buying it. Partly used packs are not refundable, but credits for a failed render always go back to your balance automatically.

Question 7

Is there a free Crazy Frog AI video generator?

Accepted Answer

Not here, and we say so up front: every video runs on a paid AI video model, so there are no free renders. The cheapest video is $6.90 (10 credits for a standard video, no watermark), with no subscription, and a failed render is never charged.

Question 8

Is it vertical for TikTok?

Accepted Answer

Pick 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube and desktop. Both cost the same.
