Who we are

AI Crazy Frog (aicrazyfrog.net) is an online tool that turns one photo into a short video of the person riding an invisible moped, in the style of the viral Crazy Frog AI trend. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what choices you have. Questions: support@aicrazyfrog.net.

AI Crazy Frog is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with Crazy Frog or its rights holders.

What we collect

1. Account data — your email address, name and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, the basic profile those services share with us.
2. Photos you upload — the image you add to make a video. It contains your face (or the face of someone who agreed to be in the video).
3. Generated videos — the videos we render for you.
4. Credits and payments — your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
5. Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used for security, rate limiting and basic analytics.
6. Cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language.

How we use your photo

Your photo is used only to render the video you asked for:

• It is sent, together with our reference clip, to our AI video provider, which runs ByteDance's Seedance video models.
• We do not publish your photo or your video, sell them, or use them to train our own models.
• We do not use your photo for facial recognition or to identify you.

How we use the rest of your data

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To process purchases, add credits and refund credits for failed renders.
• To answer support requests.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud and misuse of other people's photos.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share data with

We share only what each service needs to work:

• AI video provider (Kie.ai, running ByteDance Seedance models) — your photo and the render settings.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloud storage and hosting (for example Cloudflare) — storing uploaded photos and generated videos and serving the site.
• Email provider — account and support emails.
• Authorities — when required by law or to protect people from harm.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept only as long as needed to deliver your video and let you download it. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Account and purchase records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to delete your account, by emailing support@aicrazyfrog.net. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We do not sell personal data.

Children

AI Crazy Frog is for people aged 18 and over. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold such data, we delete it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. When they do, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access to stored files is restricted, and sensitive settings are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you notice anything wrong.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
